WHO IS AN ENTREPRENEUR?

An Entrepreneur is a person who organizes and operates a business (es), taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
OR

An Entrepreneur is a person who takes financial risks to invest in a business for the betterment of his or her family. He/ She can be a businessman/Businesswoman or someone who is creative in business.
For someone to be an Entrepreneur he or she must:   

1.   Be Creative                                        
2. Be A Risk taker                                       
3. Be Records keeper                                        
4. Be Organiser      
5. Saves Money                                                               
6. Make Capital and get Profits                        
7. Saves Time                                      





THE IMPORTANCE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN OUR 

SOCIETIES

Now days unemployed people are many in developing countries. These unemployed have decided to employ themselves in small businesses to overcome poverty.

1.  Entrepreneurship has decreased the rate of crimes in our societies and it has increased National Income in our country through buying, selling and suppling of products. Services that are provided by these Entrepreneurs have increased.


   2. It increases competition in selling, buying and supplying of quality products. This has awakened the creativity among the Entrepreneurs.

   3. It helps youth to get rid of the notion of being dependent to others and be independent.


   4.Currently Entrepreneurship has changed, Business men and women employ young entrepreneurs to sell and supply their products. These changes have occurred because many customers preferred to be supplied with products at their places.


   5.Entrepreneurs should be creative in producing their products to develop their business and invite many customers from different places.
