The president of Tanzania Dr. John Pombe Magufuli was among the people who pay their last respects to the Former Mayor of Dar es
slaam City Didas Masaburi at Karimjee and later the body was
buried at IPS university at Chanika in Dar es salaam region.
Members of Parliament, Government and Private Officials, and citizens were there to pay their last respects. Among of the Former Leaders who went there were The former Prime Minister Edward Lowasa, The Former President of Tanzania Jakaya Kikwete, The Former Vice president Gharib Bilal and the The Former Speaker Anna Makinda.
Other Members who participated in the funeral were Paul Makonda (Dar es salaam Regional Commissioner), Charles Muyeko (Ilala Municipal Mayor), Hon. Saeed Kubenea and Dar es Salaam District Commissioners.
